I have just moved to a condo in Chicago. In the past weeks, I have been dealing with service people. I have found that for the most part they are rude, have kept me waiting, not to mention that many are not efficient and capable. Alberto arrived exactly on time. The doorman gave him some difficulties with parking, and Alberto said: "I've got a customer waiting!" When has a service person ever worried about being late?

This was new.

Then Alberto came in, went right to work, never took a break, told me how to care for my carpet afterwards. He was polite and well informed. My carpet looks wonderful.
